When you use the product for the first time, smoke or odor may be generated. However, it will gradually reduce as you keep using the product.

This is not a malfunction. The temperature is adjusted by turning ON and OFF the heater. Keep using the product without change.

The steam generated from the boiler section or moisture contained in bread can be discharged from the door as a white vapor.

Since the vapor is hot, be careful not to put your hands or face close to it.

由於最後 1 分鐘為加深烤色的工序，此時會根據焗爐本體周圍的環境 (室溫、濕度等) 或焗爐內的溫度，進行溫度控制。時間可能有所差異，但並非異常。請放心繼續使用。

檢查電源是否變為「OFF (關)」?
・請按下電源：ON (開) / OFF (關)按鈕，將電源設為「ON (開)」。

Check whether the power plug is disconnected from the outlet.
・Insert the power plug securely.

Check whether the breaker has tripped.
・Switch on the breaker.

鍋爐盤為已加熱狀態時(例如連續烤焗等)，加水後，盤中會發出蒸發的聲音，對烤焗完成不會造成影響。

Check whether the toasting rack, boiler cover, water supply pipe, and crumb catcher are installed correctly.
・請參閱說明書 (P.34) 正確安裝有關部件。

Check whether the water supply cover or other objects are caught between the main unit and the door.
・Remove any object caught.

Check whether the main unit is placed with a tilt.
・Place the main unit in a horizontal and stable location.

Check whether the water supply pipe is installed correctly.
・Refer to the procedure in “Using the product for the first time” (Manual P.9) to install it correctly.

Check whether too much water is supplied.
・Refer to the procedure in “Cooking” (Manual P.14) to cook with a correct amount of water.

Check whether water is supplied in the Classic mode.
・In the Classic mode, cook without supplying water.

* 請於焗爐本體充分冷卻後，以乾布擦乾。

Check whether the mode is selected incorrectly. Check whether the timer is stopped in the middle of cooking.
・In the Toast mode and the Cheese toast mode, browning is performed toward the end of the timer. Therefore, stopping the operation in the middle may prevent browning.

The degree of browning may vary depending on the outlet voltage, ambient temperature and humidity, and the state of the bread.
・透過 250°C (經典模式)，依喜好的時間重新加熱，可進一步加深烤色。

Check whether the position of the bread is shifted away from the heater tubes.
・Refer to the procedure in “Cooking” (Manual P.13) to place bread on the middle of the toasting rack.

Check whether the inside temperature is high.
・When the main unit is used consecutively, the inside temperature may be so high that no condensation occurs and steam is not visible. However, this is not abnormal.

Check whether the boiler tray is supplied with water.
・Refer to the procedure in “Cooking” (Manual P.14) to cook with a correct amount of water.

Check whether the Classic mode is selected.
・No steam is generated in the Classic mode.

是否加入超過 5cc 的水？運作時間是否較短？
・若加入 5cc 以上的水，水可能無法完全沸騰，導致殘留。此外，當烹調時間為 1〜2.5 分鐘時，請以量杯內側的線 (3cc) 為標準，注入少許的水。

Check whether the Classic mode is selected.
・In the Classic mode, which does not use the boiler section, supplied water will remain as it is.

Due to the structure of the heater tubes, their middle part will remain dark. This is not abnormal.

Do not wipe the heater tubes. Due to the material properties, dirt on the heater tubes may be difficult to remove completely. However, the dirt will become less noticeable as you keep using the product.
